Hello, I am James Lois. I am a software engineer.
I have always been interested in understanding how communication works, and on how to improve flows of information. Last year (2024), I started to find out more about how SMBs communicate with clients.
For many, communications are a complete mess. They mainly consist of calls, text messages, meetings, and emails with a bunch of attached files. Clients get confused and frustrated, and professionals get burnout. So I set out to create an application that improved client communications while increasing calm and focus, so professionals can do their best work.
